Our first priority is to assist families with their questions, concerns and any special needs they may have when choosing someone to care for a family member. We will discuss current placement needs, including any special medical, dietary, lifestyle or preferred demographic location. In addition to facilitating family meetings, we can help with a variety of services.
When looking at moving to an assisted living facility, Alzheimer's specialty care unit, or an independent retirement community, we believe that families and seniors in need of care are entitled to quality care and dignity in whatever level of facility they need.
Community Care Options has the knowledge and expertise to assist families in making those decisions. After your consultation, our placement consultant can present you with a comprehensive evaluation of currently available options.

We offer our services completely without cost to you. We are paid referral fees by the agencies, homes and facilities we represent.
